Send in your entry, which should be no more than 75 words, to the address given below. If you have a photograph of you dancing, then why not send it in as well? It could be you dancing at your dancing school, at a show, or even in your lounge!

All entries must be accompanied by a signed consent form from a parent or guardian and sent to:

1. Entries cannot be accepted or placed on www.dance-kids.org without a completed consent form.

2. Entry to all is free.

3. Entrants must be aged 11 years or under.

4. Entries will only be accepted via post. Email, telephone and fax entries will not be accepted.

5. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt and no responsibility can be accepted for entries that are late, delayed or damaged on arrival.

6. The ISTD regrets that no entries can be returned, unless a stamped addressed envelope is provided.
